Photovoltaic bracket is a system that supports photovoltaic battery components. Such as poles, supports, beams and shafts made of metal materials.


This production line is mainly used to produce solar brackets with a diameter of φ50~φ610mm. The materials can be low carbon steel, low alloy steel: Q195, Q235, Q355 and high strength zinc-aluminum-magnesium S350, S550, Q420, Q500, Q550, etc. The welded pipe produced has a smooth surface, no scratches and indentations, and meets relevant domestic and foreign standards.


This production line can adopt different production technology according to customer requirements, such as W forming, FFX forming, direct square forming, etc. The production line has a high degree of automation, reduce labor intensity and save time.


Production process:

Uncoiling → shearing and welding → Accumulator → forming, high-frequency welding, removing (internal) and external burrs, cooling, sizing, online eddy current flaw detection, rough straightening → cold cutting and sawing → roller after sawing → inspection and collection → packaging → weighing → marking → storage
