F100x100x5.0mm direct square cold-bent welded pipe production line
F100x100x5.0mm direct square cold-bent welded pipe production line is used to produce square and rectangular electric welded steel pipes in metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicles and other industries. The strip steel is formed into an open pipe in the forming unit, and then welded into a straight seam welded pipe by high frequency. After cooling, it is sized, shaped and straightened in the sizing machine to become a high-strength square and rectangular pipe of the required specifications.
Lower Material Consumption:
Direct forming technology optimizes strip utilization, reducing required strip width and saving around 3% in raw material costs.
Superior Section Accuracy:
Produces flatter edges, more uniform appearance, and tighter inner corner radii, resulting in improved dimensional precision and better overall geometry.
Higher Production Efficiency:
With universal tooling design, one roller set can cover multiple specifications, reducing roller inventory by up to 80% and minimizing changeover time.
Less Mechanical Stress:
The multi-point bending process eliminates axial force and lateral friction, decreasing component wear and significantly extending equipment service life.
